Eligibility: Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Product Condition: Feel free to try our filter! If you're not satisfied, return the product with all parts, packaging, and accessories for a full refund.

-We’ll provide return instructions.

-Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:

-Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will replace the defective part at no cost to you. If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

-Other Returns: For reasons other than defects or damage, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exclusions:

-Custom or Bulk Orders: Purchases of 4 or more units of the same product are non-refundable.

-Sale Items: Sale items are final and non-returnable.

General Return Policy For Unopened Items

We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:
