The terms and conditions for our Shipping Policy:

Shipping order process: 

All Domestic (Australia) Express Shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

All Domestic (Australia) Standard Shipping orders are processed within 3-7 business days.

All International Orders are processed within 10-20 business days. 

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
