I was a bit skeptical but after 3 months of using it, I have the evidence I needed. The picture on the right is the new filter and the picture on the left is the 3 months old filter.
Im loving it, it was easy to install once I reached out for help, they were super quick to respond and it was as simple as tuning the things upside down! Lol convenient way to filter water that's for sure!

I’ve been using the Urban Purifier with this stainless steel tap filter for a while now, and it’s honestly made such a difference. The cartridge refills are super easy to change, last exactly as promised, and the water always tastes fresh and clean. I love knowing my family is drinking filtered water without any hassle. It’s affordable, reliable, and I wouldn’t go back to bottled water again!

So far, I have been using the filter for a couple of weeks and I can taste the difference. Although I was looking for something that removes all chloride and fluoride from our Sydney water supply, I am happy with the value of this filter and at least its ability to decrease the load of the chemicals that without a choice we are given as "safe" for consumption.
Simple to install, makes a big difference to water quality - and a decent price. Happy all round.
